Bad Stuff
* I have a cold. It's in the sniffly, feeling-sorry-for-myself stage.
* The release date for Final Fantasy X-2 has been put back.
* I managed to call secretrebel "Liz" on the phone. Hopefully she's still talking to me.
* I'm failing to agree a weekend date with ealuscerwen and Bella (for which I'm happy to blame Bella of The Invisible Choir Practice Commitments).

Good Stuff
* Today's mother and toddlers group went well, Beatrice (one biscuit, one piece of apple, one piece of birthday cake) has developed a sandpit obsession. Ryan (half a piece of birthday cake) only spent the last forty minutes of it on my lap.
* cuthbertcross's wedding preparations (the buying of dresses, etc.) are also going well. Despite having the indifferent-to-fashion combination of angry_marmot and myself as the clothes shopping posse. No more details in case Emily's Uncle dr_bob (adopted) is reading.
* My parents have offered to take the twins off my hands for a long weekend (the Hornsey Family Birthday Weekend) in March.
* Athory is going well (a write-up to follow sometime soon).
* My Patchwork Universe thread is progressing nicely (and I swear that the American guy who plays Dr Odom is related to telpher).

Other Stuff
* I'm playing Summoner on the PS2.
* I have Valentine Day plans (and, yes, they involve bateleur)

It has? The places I've looked on the web all still list it as 20th Feb.

I managed to call secretrebel "Liz" on the phone.
It's a very common mistake (assuming I'm the "Liz" you called her), so she probably is still talking to you ;-) Makes no sense to me, but I've done it, too (and so has she), and it's now a running joke that we're actually the same person. Hence this icon ;-)

Oh, and is there a gap in that weekend in March to have another go at the snow-spoiled plans?

It's a sad thing, y'know - I'm sure 10 years ago that would've made it into the Good Things category !
