I heard a huge thump and a wail from behind me. The pushchair was lying face down on the floor and had a small pink foot poking out from under it. I rescued the crying baby, and he calmed down very quickly.

I think I heard Bea snigger. But I could be mistaken.

The Gibbon is not impressed. Babies are supposed to cling onto such things without letting go. Otherwise Gibbon parents would be very surly indeed.
