Speedy delivery and up

lathanyWell, having spent weeks watching Dom's early December Amazon order get more and more delayed, I was pleasantly surprised by my Mothercare experience.
2pm Yesterday : Order made (on line).
4pm Yesterday : Order confirmed.
7pm Yesterday : Order despatched.
9am Today : Order arrived.
It was not a small order either. It included a booster chair, mat and a variety of clothes. It's just a pity that Mothercare does not sell CDs and computer games.
The booster chair was a response to Bea's session at Hounslow yesterday. We need two high chairs, so that the babies can eat at the same time. Or throw food at each other. Or something. They were both given toast fingers yesterday. Bea spent hours sucking hers, whilst Ryan spat them out with a hurt look which accused me of poisoning him.
I have also tried to talk to them a bit more. I utterly refuse to degenerate completely into baby talk, but I am describing things more and trying to teach them a few more simple words. As a consequence, Bea has a new one : "Up !" Perhaps she will share it with all the Chrises on Sunday.
