The Vanishing of Ethan Carter
Mar. 31st, 2016 09:16 pmGameFAQs has just published my review of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
The short version: a beautiful, gory mystery game where you play a paranormal investigator who is looking for a nine year old boy. It's horror with some puzzle features and a lot of wandering around. It won a BAFTA and is something of a critics darling being more "artsy" than hardcore gamer. (See also Gone Home and To The Moon.) Oh, and some weird bits too.
