Not to mention very difficult to target.

That does look quite funny. I assume that is people summoning her again after the first was already out or simultaneously or something? Looks entertaining anyway!

Yes - if you summon her whilst there's one out, another appears. However, only one of them fights, additional Hels are ghosts.
