Barrow Hill
Apr. 29th, 2012 01:09 pmI played Barrow Hill some of yesterday afternoon and all of yesterday evening. So far I have amassed most of an A4 side of notes (that's on a notebook next to my computer rather than on an in-game notepad). The game is like Dark Fall: Lights Out but slightly prettier, and a new Shadow Tor game (called Bracken Tor) is in the works.
If someone had asked me beforehand whether a gigantic block of stone (think Stonehenge) was the sort of thing I'd be terrified to have chasing me, my first thought would not have been YES. Turns out, I'm wrong.
Hmm. My first spoiler tag. Took me a while to realise it had arrived.

Date: 2012-05-01 05:40 pm (UTC)I think I'm now well over half-way and heading for the end game. It says a lot about the game's atmosphere that even though it is rated age 7+, I am still reluctant to move anywhere where said monster might be lurking.
