At the end of last month I played the short horror game Year Walk and wrote a review for GameFAQs.
They published it yesterday here.
The short version is that it is a fairly simple game in terms of graphics and controls, but these are used to good effect to tell a dark tale about an ancient Swedish tradition. The gameplay is walking around, reading information about the tradition and mythical creatures, and there are some interesting puzzles to solve. It's not perfect - the post-credits part (which you also should play) feels very tacked-on, although it is part of the same and adds an interesting angle to it.

This is a screenshot from the game. It took me a couple of hours to play in total.
