I know that game! When I was a kid I thought my mate Andrew Finney invented it. We used to play it in class, but then everyone else cottoned on when a teacher was nearby, but he never did, and used to get into detention. We used to laugh.
I can't remember what we used to call it Im afraid, maybe 'the graph paper game?
Umm, "That Game You Play Where You Connect Dots to Make Boxes"?
I know we've got it on one of the computers (yes, I know, lame, but it was part of a bunch of games), but it looks like someone's breathed on a glass, and the players are using their fingers to draw the lines in the fog, and the name has something to do with that, I think. "Foggy Squares" or something.
I've been trying to find an entry for it on Wikipedia. However, with the help of my flist I finally have (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dots_and_Boxes).
