It's been an odd couple of days. I was at home yesterday so that I could escort the pink-coated Bea to nursery whilst bateleur took Ryan to the Health Clinic. She was a rather sad Bea, because she's lost one of the mittens I bought her last week. However, a few dozen games of I-Spy later, she had forgotten all about it.

Whilst at home I got to sort a few things out (washing, washing up, a bit of tidying) and also to load Diablo 2 on the upstairs machine (whilst I remember - how are you doing with it chrisvenus and quisalan?).

Speaking of chrisvenus; we got a rather flattering email from him this morning about a past game, which cheered me up rather. He is a nice man.

I've also been working on solving a couple of issues in ICESP and err, err... oh yes, watching Alias 4. Additionally, I've been plotting to put up Xmas decorations. I have sensibly decided that this weekend is too early (besides, bateleur would laugh at me), but I might get away with it next weekend. Not least because the duo are doing all their Xmas stuff at school now (there's the nativity play next week).

Besides, once the decorations are up, then it might be OK for me to make mince pies and mulled wine...

WE've not actually started on it yet. I think after krys's exams is when she was thinkign of starting to play addictive computer games again and I decided to hold off until then (otherwise I might have been bored by the time she came to play).

Ryan's got some like that. However, I couldn't find any for Bea (Ryan's were bought by a granny).

Also the reason that Bea's not got a pair like Ryan's is because she lost hers. Despite the string.
