Four Blue Candles
Dec. 1st, 2005 06:38 pm(and the paper one is a penguin)
Window number one on our lovely web-based calendar was four blue candles and a piece about celebrating the four advent Sundays (and Bea wants to know where the pink candle is :-) ).
Otherwise it's been a day with the dentist in it. I didn't require any actual work done, but having a sharp metal tool poked all over my mouth left me feeling a bit delicate around the edges.
On the plus side, it was a fairly peaceful day at work (for the four or so hours I was in). After yesterday's presentation and four consecutive meetings, it was good to be able to sit in front of my monitor and get on with attacking my to-do list. Also, any day when the Xmas meal is discussed (that difficult choice of which menu from a selection of four) can't be all bad.
