Yesterday [livejournal.com profile] chrestomancy, [livejournal.com profile] chrisvenus and [livejournal.com profile] quisalan came over to play The Wheel.

Memorable moments and results
- Jason's ([livejournal.com profile] chrestomancy) arrival into the world. Particularly when we finally figured out what had actually happened. A.k.a. That's the biggest test tube ever!
- Trent's ([livejournal.com profile] chrisvenus) removal of bad guy #1. Punching him out in his car.
- Alex's ([livejournal.com profile] quisalan) car theft. Times two and sanctioned by the local police department. The fact that the car in question (a black Mercedes) belonged to the New Church, and had their rocket launcher on the back seat, was an added bonus.
- Peter and Alex's exchange which amounted to "It's OK to torch your apartment and kill loads of people because I'm going to pray beforehand". Would regular Wheel players please note Peter's hugely increased body count and not ask him in for coffee when he next returns from the dead?!
- The murder of Peter's large white magical canine dog.
- Getting to speak with Sebastian Edel and discovering that one of the aspects of the new wheel is connected to the railroad.
- The bit when it went all Gold Team-y.
- Discovering that the party's favourite punishment for Peter was dropping him in the ocean, pulling his trousers down and stuffing them full of fish. (although, this never actually happened).
- Removing a huge fleet of helicopters, a missile base, the New Church's base (which was made of a load of religious buildings - including St. Paul's - being merged), Peter and generally PLAYING GOD WITH THE NEW SPECIAL ITEM!
- When we finished, [livejournal.com profile] bateleur commented "Well, of the three possible endings, you've taken number four".

It was a pleasant change to be on the other side of the table and teaming up with [livejournal.com profile] chrestomancy, [livejournal.com profile] chrisvenus and [livejournal.com profile] quisalan instead of GMing them. Particularly because we kicked *rse!

Ghostbusters was full of good lines.

And it's "Edel".

Sounds like a lot of fun. I take it Sebastian is not such an evil nasty magician. ie what that chinese guy told us was rubbish/exaggerated hearsay. Or I'm getting my NPCs confused.

I guess I'm also a bit behind on plot. Possibly like Steve.

You aren't getting your NPCs confused. (No comment about the rest, though.)

T'was a fun game :). I was tempted to write Dom a tongue in cheek "Afternoon at Dr Alex's Surgery", but sadly don't know enough about the system. The idea of a personal on site psychiatrist amuses me enough though anyway :).

Although that could be a project for the future...

Oh, and you also forgot [livejournal.com profile] bateleur's comment of:

"Well, of 3 possible endings the players took number 4..."
