I threw up. A lot. And became horribly dehydrated.

I hate food poisoning.

They did, bateleur didn't. He didn't eat at all yesterday, though so wasn't sick. I had breakfast and lunch.

Do you know what caused the food poisoning?

Salmon. It was still in date, but was on the reduced counter. And that's the last time I buy reduced fish or meat.

Mostly. I last threw up at about 5am and since then I've been slowly feeling better. Walking around is painful (I'm dizzy and still feeling a little nauseous), but I can now sit up.

Thanks. The oddest part was that I felt incredibly cold all evening. I was curled up on the sofa, the duvet wrapped around me, a hot water bottle on my feet and the heating on full-blast. Despite all that, I was still shivering away for a couple of hours.
