Bearing in mind that I've seen the first eight or so episodes ('s'ok, no spoilers here) in a big clump, so I'm not very clear on what happens in each episode...
I've enjoyed this series so far, although that may be because I'm a huge fan of the Fanged Four, so any Angel-Spike interaction makes me happy. I do agree with you that the other, established-in-Angel characters are being neglected in favour of Spike, but I think the situation starts to improve, and by the stage I'm at, each of the other characters has had time in the spotlight.
I'm not liking Eve, either, but my main hope in the plugging-holes department is that they pay some attention to Cordy, and that we get a bit more clarification about what exactly they all think they were doing for the last <insert period of time here> if they've forgotten Connor.
