Peacocks and Pregnancy
Jul. 13th, 2004 02:11 pmBack in 2001,
bateleur and I were trying for a baby. One Saturday morning in June, a home test confirmed that one (or more!) were on the way. The timing was slightly odd as that afternoon we were due to travel to a Welsh Castle, 'cos we'd booked a week's holiday to stay in the coach house there (with free access to both castle and grounds). We arrived and I fell down the stairs the first night - much to my horror.
Why am I mentioning it? Because I spotted this on the BBC website and thought "I know that place!".
By the way, the castle was lovely, the peacocks very present and the grounds were stunning. Thoroughly recommended.
