From the site (Tarot): Sadly, this is discontinued and therefore is not described on the site.

However a discussion format post reads: "Something like mallow with a resin scent similar to frankincense. I can’t describe this one at all. It has a regal, distant quality to it, totally genderless. A commanding, regal perfume."

Another one says: "Soft cinnamon and a soft floral scent which I've noticed in many tarot oils."

In the bottle: There's a strong familiar smell in there. It's not cinnamon and [livejournal.com profile] bateleur's suggested aniseed doesn't seem right either.

On the skin: More of that smell. I think "resin" is as good a description as any. It's not the sort of smell I associate with bottled perfumes for women, which may qualify that "genderless" label it's been given. Can't say it smells regal though.

An hour later: Not much different. It's not awful, but it's not me either.
