Xmas Pudding Recipe

lathanyCan anyone recommend a good Xmas pudding recipe? Preferably rich and alcoholic? About the only thing I know(/think I know) is that they are supposed to be cooked/prepared a good three months in advance. Oh, and I'm not an experienced cook - this may be relevant.
