All Change

From yesterday, the daily routine in the toddler camp changed. The afternoon nap was removed from the schedule and instead the twosome were made to suffer an earlier bedtime.
They seem to have survived and thrived. I was pretty tired, but then Monday is my worst day because they're at home both morning and afternoon. On the plus side, it will prepare them for nursery (next October) and makes them more likely to settle down to sleep at the end of the day. On the minus side, gone is my daily two-hour break for writing. Now, the plan is to do the writing in the evening after they've gone up. However, I'm going to have to be awake enough to do so and I don't yet know if I will be.
On the other side of the Atlantic,
chrestomancy and TheHattedOne have thoroughly enjoyed their time in Antigua where they were learning Spanish (one-on-one, accommodation and food included). They are now in Coban, which they don't like nearly as much. Apparently the weather resembles a wet English March (like they needed to leave the country for that). They're hoping it'll improve and, after all, next week they'll be in Tikal where there are Mayan ruins.
Finally - anyone else ever tried the Twinings Vanilla and Coconut tea? A cupful alerted me to the fact that it's got black tea as a base, not herbal tea (yeah, I should try reading the packet). However, I have now decided that it's very nice with milk.
