Robin!
I got one right! I got one right!
Lovely robin. Bad morning.
Let me elaborate. Today was the last day of playgroup before Xmas. Now, despite being the daughter of a teacher, this failed to register. So I actually reached playgroup this morning feeling a bit tired and very wet to discover... that everyone else had bought Xmas presents for the four playgroup organisers.
Jo (who wins my "hero of the hour" award) gave me a lift home having seen me standing outside the door, still dripping and with a wet pushchair. I explained my problem and she suggested I could go and buy presents now. She told me the names of the four (which I knew but wanted confirmed) and so I came home, grabbed an umbrella and set off for Tesco (she offered to drop me at Tesco, but I declined because of the pushchair).
Now, after a frantic forty minutes, I have four wrapped boxes of truffles (Elisabeth Shaw - two Cointreau, two Irish Cream) each topped with a Winnie The Pooh Christmas card addressed to each of them "with love from Ryan and Beatrice and thanks from Dawn and Dom". I'll take them in when I collect the kids at lunchtime.
And I'm exhausted.

The present delivery went down well. And in amusing other news, Ryan won a bottle of wine in the raffle.
