Cooling down
I can tell that the temperature has dropped outside (currently mid-twenties), because a new step has been added to the lunchtime nap procedure.
Step 1 : Carry Beatrice up to the cotbed
Step 1a : Carry Emily down from the cotbed
Step 2 : Carry Ryan up to the cotbed
But at least the twins' heat rash is clearing.
