I worked with a girl whose mother was a year older than me, maybe two. Last time I saw her (the girl), she was pregnant. That was a few years ago. Granted, her grandmother was only something like 55, so there were going to be four generations in their family in less than sixty years.
Yes, can be done legally by someone of my age... but most of the people I know (of whom most are younger) are deciding to have (or not have) their own kids.
I remember when I realized my friend Hannah's daughter, who I babysat, was old enough to drive. Then old enough to drink. Hannah's a couple years older than me and her daughter was born while Hannah was still in high school. Still, it really does put some perspective on your age!
