Review - Angel

Episode nineteen was not a favourite, but it could have been worse.

I'm glad that Gunn is back although rather mystified that Wolfram and Hart were going to "charge" the LA branch for the damage Illyria wrought on the way. I mean Huh? She's not exactly an employee of that branch and it wasn't under orders of that branch (although they were pleased to have Gunn back). I felt that an excellent use of Gunn's skills would have been to come up with a legal reason for LA branch not being responsible.

I also thought that the whole Angel agrees that Amanda signs bit will still not be explained away by his new Illyria-declared philosophy. However, we shall see.

Time travel good. Pity that Illyria is powered-down so early, but I guess there are only three episodes to go after all. Probably the best line belonged to Lorne (OK, I can't quite remember it, but it was something like) "And, yet, I still prefer him to Eve."
